On April 17, 2017, Suniva, Inc. (the "Debtor”) filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of title 11 of the United States Code (the "Chapter 11 Case") in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the "Bankruptcy Court"). The case has been assigned to the Honorable Brendan Linehan Shannon.

On February 19, 2019, the Debtor filed their Plan of Reorganization (Docket No. 1035) (the “Plan”) and accompanying Proposed Disclosure Statement (Docket No. 1036). A hearing to consider approving the Plan was held on March 7, 2019.
