On June 6, 2017, Ignite Restaurant Group, Inc. and certain of its affiliates (collectively, the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions for relief under chapter 11 of title 11 of the United States Code (the "Chapter 11 Cases") in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas (the "Bankruptcy Court"). The cases have been assigned to the Honorable Judge David R. Jones.

The Bankruptcy Court established September 1, 2017 as the deadline to file General Proofs of Claim (including 503(b)(9) Claims) and December 3, 2017 as the deadline to file Governmental Proofs of Claim. On September 8, 2017 the Bankruptcy Court entered an Order establishing a supplemental bar date for filing proofs of claim for certain former employees. On July 6, 2017 the Debtors filed their Joint Chapter 11 Plan (Docket No. 307) (the “Joint Plan”) and accompanying Disclosure Statement (Docket No. 308). An Amended Joint Plan (Docket No. 708) and Amended Disclosure Statement (Docket No. 709) were filed on September 18, 2017. A Confirmation Hearing was held on November 29, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. (CT).

On December 1, 2017, the Bankruptcy Court confirmed the Joint Plan (Docket No. 967) (the “Confirmation Order”). The Plan became Effective on December 19, 2017 (Docket No. 1031).
